Potatoes With Sage And Parmesan Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, pared
    2 qt. boiling salted water
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. dried sage leaves
    3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
Preparation
    Rinse potatoes.
    Cut each into 6 to 8 lengthwise wedges.
    Drop into boiling salted water.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    (They should still be firm.)
    Drain.
