Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. corn tortillas, cut in bite size pieces and soaked in 2/3 c. milk while preparing chicken
3 whole chicken breasts, boiled until tender
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can ripe sliced olives
1 (7 oz.) can chopped Ortega chili peppers
1 small green onion, chopped
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Bone chicken and cut int bite size pieces.
Mix all ingredients except tortillas and save some cheese for top.
Put in baking dish in layers with tortillas.
Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
