Fiesta Breakfast Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large eggs
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 medium tomato
    3 small green onions
    1/2 lb. country sausage (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    In medium frying pan, cook sausage until done, drain and set aside.
    While cooking sausage, chop peppers and onions and dice tomatoes, set aside in bowl.
    Beat eggs, salt, pepper, parsley and garlic and pour into preheated nonstick frying pan on medium-low heat.
    Cook, stirring constantly.
    Add cooked sausage and chopped vegetables and cook until eggs are done the way you like.
    Garnish with grapes and or strawberries and serve with whole grain toast. Serves 6.
