Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 (12 oz.) sour cream
poppy seed (optional)
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Boil chicken until white in the middle (about 15 minutes).
Then cut into pieces and mix with the cream of chicken soup, sour cream and 1 teaspoon of poppy seed (in casserole dish).
Crumble Ritz crackers on top and pour melted butter over top.
Sprinkle poppy seed over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
