Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
6 medium potatoes
1 large onion
1 can cream of celery soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Flour and quickly brown chops in hot oil.
While browning chops, wash and peel potatoes.
Cut into thin slices.
Place potato slices in bottom of 2-quart casserole baking dish.
Peel and chop onion, placing it on top of potatoes.
Salt and pepper. Pour celery soup on top and spread over casserole.
Remove bones from chops and place on top.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
