Vegetable Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large baking potatoes
    1 pkg. frozen vegetables with cream sauce
    2 Tbsp. milk
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes.
    Place on baking sheet and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until tender.
    Meanwhile, cook frozen vegetables according to directions.
    Halve each potato; scoop out contents. Mash until smooth with the milk and butter.
    Add salt and pepper. Next, spoon cooked vegetables into potato shells.
    Place mashed potatoes on top of vegetables.
    Return to oven (400\u00b0) and bake 15 minutes more or until golden brown.
