Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    10 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    cardamon or vanilla to taste
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Separate
    eggs.
    Beat
    whites
    until stiff.
    Set aside. Beat yolks.
    Add
    sugar
    and
    beat.
    Add
    sour cream, to which baking soda has been added.
    Add flour, to which salt has been added as well
    as
    vanilla or cardamon.
    Mix in melted butter and finally egg whites.
    Make in waffle iron.
    Serve cold with jelly or jam. Delicious.
