Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    4 beaten eggs
    1 chopped onion
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1 small box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Melt the margarine in a 13 x 9-inch pan or dish.
    Mix together the remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over butter.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
