Asparagus With Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
salt to taste
2 c. asparagus (at least), cooked in water
Preparation

Do not drain asparagus.
Gently mix flour, eggs, baking powder and salt.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot water that asparagus has been cooked in.
Boil until tender, soft and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
