Guilt Free Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation

Place margarine in a 1-quart glass bowl; microwave at High 30 seconds.
Stir in flour with a wire whisk; gradually add milk, whisking until smooth.
Microwave at High 6 minutes, stirring at 2-minute intervals until smooth and thickened.
Add cheese and next 3 ingredients, stirring until cheese melts.
Serve over steamed vegetables.
Yields 1 cup, 10 calories and 0.4 g fat per tablespoon.
