Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. quick yeast
    1/2 c. warm water (120~)
    4 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add other ingredients.
    Knead on floured board.
    Separate into 15 to 18 balls and roll out.
    Shape and place on pan sprayed with Pam.
    Brush with Egg Beaters or egg yolks; sprinkle with coarse salt.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Makes 15 to 18 pretzels.
