Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up, boiled and taken off the bone
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1 Tbsp. poppy seed (optional)
Preparation

Cut up chicken into bite-size pieces.
Place evenly in bottom of baking dish.
In small bowl, mix soup and sour cream together and pour evenly over chicken.
Mix melted butter and crushed crackers together with poppy seed.
Sprinkle over top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until desired brownness.
