Crab Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
salt and pepper
2 c. crabmeat
Preparation
-
Melt butter; add flour and stir until smooth.
Add milk slowly and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Season and add crabmeat.
Do not permit to boil.
Remove from heat.
Add 2 ounces of sherry wine.
