Mixed Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can Dole pineapple chunks (undrained)
    1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches (undrained)
    2 (No. 2) cans apricots, seeded (undrained)
    2 or 3 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jell-O instant pudding (lemon)
Preparation
    Put undrained pineapple chunks, undrained peaches, undrained apricots and drained oranges in a large bowl.
    Sprinkle dry pudding mix over fruit.
    This will dissolve easily and turn into a sauce.
    Mix lightly, but well, being careful not to break up fruit.
