Crab Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. English muffins
1 jar Old English cheese
1 tsp. minced onions (dry or fresh)
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Cream all ingredients except crab meat and English muffins. Fold in crab meat. Split English muffins and spread mixture on top of English muffins. Then place on cookie sheet and put in freezer for approximately 15 minutes. Then cut each English muffin in 6 pieces. Then place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly brown.
