Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. green onion
2 c. cooked rice
6 hard-boiled eggs
4 c. cooked chicken
1 can water chestnuts
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. celery
1/4 c. melted butter
cornflakes, amount depends on how many you want on top
Preparation

Mix and put all but last two ingredients in 9 x 13-inch pan. Just before putting in oven, put the melted butter and cornflakes over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until hot.
