Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    8 eggs, beaten (can use Egg Beaters)
    4 c. milk or low-fat milk
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp or turkey bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread.
    Cut bread into cubes.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch buttered baking dish.
    Combine eggs and milk in a large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Pour over bread cubes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and seasoning.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve immediately.
