Pineapple Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 dash salt
    1 generous lump butter or margarine
    1 small can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook on low heat until thick.
    Keeps well in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
