Turtle Pecan Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. chocolate or vanilla wafer cookies
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 1/2 pkg. (20 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
4 1/2 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 large eggs
2 Tbsp. whipping cream
Caramel Topping
Chocolate Topping
1 c. chopped toasted pecans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Place cookies in resealable plastic bag. Squeeze out excess air; seal bag.
Roll over cookies with rolling pin until finely crushed.
Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
