Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    garlic cheese
    2 eggs
    milk
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook grits in boiling water with 1 teaspoon salt.
    Remove from heat and add butter and garlic cheese.
    Beat eggs in measuring cup and fill with milk (1 cup).
    Pour into grits.
    Put into buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Top with grated cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
