Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns (chunky style)
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Velveeta, cubed
    2/3 stick oleo, cut up
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together in crock-pot. Cook about 5 hours. Stir occasionally. May be put in casserole dish. Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Stir occasionally.
