Empanadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    2 c. Bisquick
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown beef; add onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Drain excess oil.
    Add cinnamon and raisins.
    Set aside to cool.
    In a mixing bowl, mix Bisquick and milk.
    Form into a ball.
    Roll out into floured surface and roll out into a thin rectangle.
    Cut into squares.
    Fill each square with a tablespoon of meat mixture and close to form a half moon, sealing in meat mixture tightly.
    Fry these little half moons until brown.
    Drain and serve.
