Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. diced rhubarb
3 c. mini marshmallows
3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Cover bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan with 5 cups diced rhubarb.
Spread 3 cups mini marshmallows over rhubarb.
Sprinkle with 3 ounce package of strawberry jello.
Next, prepare cake mix according to directions on box.
Spread over mixture in pan. Sprinkle with the brown sugar.
Bake according to directions for cake.
Serve with whipped cream.
Best if eaten fresh.
