Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. sugar
5 - 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Place pineapple in greased dish.
Mix sugar and flour together.
Cover pineapple with flour mixture.
Drizzle melted butter over pineapple.
Mix crackers and cheese together.
Cover pineapple with cracker mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until bubbly.
I use a little more cheese than this calls for and sometimes I use
Townhouse crackers instead of Ritz.
This is great with ham.
