Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 stalk celery
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/2 lb. grated cheese (American or Cheddar)
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, saute celery and onion in butter.
    Blend in flour, then add milk.
    Add seasonings and remove from heat. Gradually add egg yolks, stirring constantly.
    Cook 5 minutes over low heat.
    Remove from heat and add crab meat, stirring carefully. Pour into greased casserole dish or baking pan.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
