Seaside Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 large carrots
    1 small can corn, drained
    3 stalks celery, sliced thinly
    2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
    3 c. milk
    canned clams
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until golden.
    Add carrots, celery, potatoes and seasonings.
    Stir in flour.
    Add clam juice.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add milk, corn and clams.
    Heat slowly until hot. Serves 4.
