Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. chipped beef or ham, chopped
1 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 carton sour cream
milk
Preparation
-
Saute mushrooms, pepper and onions in a little butter and water.
Drain and add to removed pulp of baked potatoes, which has been mashed.
Add a little milk to potatoes.
