Fluffy Cocoa Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cocoa
    4 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix cocoa and confectioners sugar.
    Sift them, if necessary. Cream in softened margarine.
    Blend in vanilla and evaporated milk until of spreading consistency.
    Frost your favorite confection and enjoy.
