Spaghetti For 50 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
7 lb. ground meat
7 onions, chopped fine
1 bunch green onions (tops and all)
6 large garlic
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
3 tsp. seasoning salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 small hot pepper
1 large bottle catsup
3 (4 to 6 oz.) cans tomato juice
3 cans water
1 (12 oz.) tomato paste
2 large cans mushrooms and liquid
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. parsley
Preparation

Add oil to electric roaster.
Add meat.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add onions and all seasoning salts.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes until onions are clear.
Add catsup, tomato juice, water and mushrooms. Cook 2 to 3 hours real slow.
Stir occasionally.
Add bay leaves and parsley.
Cook spaghetti according to package.
Cook 1/2 at a time.
Do not rinse.
Add to sauce.
When it starts to boil, turn roaster to 250\u00b0
for 2 hours.
Do not stir hard.
