Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (I use Monterey Jack)
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    lemon-pepper seasoning to taste
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Rinse boneless chicken breast.
    Spray glass baking casserole dish with some nonstick cooking spray. Arrange chicken in baking dish; sprinkle on lemon-pepper seasoning.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
