Shrimp Clemenceau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    2 tsp. minced garlic (can use more)
    2 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
    2 to 3 c. peeled and cubed potatoes, sauteed until tender
    1 can petits pois peas
    3 tsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt butter and saute garlic 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add shrimp and juice.
    Cook 6 to 8 minutes.
    Mix sauteed potatoes into this mixture.
    Add peas and parsley.
    Heat thoroughly.
