Diet Mexican Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. tomato juice
    1/2 pkg. chili mix
    dash of Tabasco
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. grits, cooked
Preparation
    Add hamburger meat to sauce.
    Mix well.
    Pour into small casserole dish.
    Top with 1/2 cup cooked grits and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
