Make Ahead S'Mores - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (16 oz.) box graham crackers
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat.
    Stir in milk and vanilla; cook until smooth.
    Make 1 s'more at a time. Spread 1 tablespoon of chocolate mixture on 2 whole graham crackers.
    Place 5 to 6 mini marshmallows on one cracker.
    Gently press the other cracker on top.
    Repeat.
    Wrap in plastic wrap. Store at room temperature.
