Chocolate Mint Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cold milk, half and half or light cream
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 c. (or more) chopped mint Andes candies
    1/2 tsp. mint extract or a few drops of mint oil
    1 packaged chocolate crumb crust
Preparation
    Pour milk into a large bowl.
    Add pudding mix.
    Beat, until well blended, for 1 minute.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fold in whipped topping, chopped candies and mint flavoring.
    Spoon into crust and chill.
