Chicken Moumba - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) frying chicken
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute chicken in chicken fat (or butter or oil).
    Remove chicken and saute onion; add flour, peanut butter and water. Return chicken to pan.
    Cover and cook on low for 45 minutes. Serve with baked or boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes or rice.
