Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. flank steak (may substitute rump roast, sliced)
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. each: Kikkoman soy sauce and teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Trim off fat.
Semi-freeze meat and slice with the grain, making strips about 1/4-inch thick.
Place meat in tightly sealed container.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate overnight, turning upside-down several times.
