Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roll pork sausage (mild or hot)
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa (mild or hot)
    1 small Velveeta cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown sausage. Drain grease. Combine meat and onion. Cook until onion is tender. Add all other items and heat until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
