Venison Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices rye bread
2 slices bread
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 lb. grated venison
1 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Crumble bread slices coarsely; combine with milk and baking powder and let stand five minutes.
Add venison, onion, salt and seasoned salt and mix well.
Shape into balls.
Brown.
Place in baking dish.
Combine soups with evaporated milk.
Pour over meatballs and top with potato chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
