Lemony Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. large shrimp
4 c. green grapes
6 thinly sliced radishes
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
zest of 2 lemons
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook shrimp through until pink.
Let cool and then place in bowl with grapes and radishes.
In a separate bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, dill, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper.
Add to shrimp mixture and toss well.
Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
