Chicken Pizzaiola - cooking recipe

4 chicken breasts
1/2 c. dry seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
4 tsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Skin and debone chicken breasts, flatten to 1/4-inch thick. Dip chicken in well-beaten egg; coat well in bread crumbs.
Slowly saute in margarine until lightly browned.
