Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
    Heat milk and butter until very warm.
    Add to dry ingredients with egg.
    Beat 2 minutes with beater.
    By hand, stir in remaining 2 cups flour.
    Cover; let rise in warm place until doubled in size 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
