Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shredded zucchini
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded raw carrots
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (18 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onions in boiling and salted water for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Combine soup and sour cream.
    Fold in onions and zucchini.
    Add raw carrots.
    Mix stuffing with butter.
    Spread 1/2 in a 12 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Spoon in vegetable mixture.
    On top, sprinkle remaining mix all over, adding shredded cheese.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
