Sunflower Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water (120~ to 130~)
    2 3/4 to 3 1/4 c. bread or regular flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. rolled oats
    1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/4 c. honey
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. unsalted sunflower nuts
Preparation
    Combine water, 2 cups of white flour, yeast and sugar.
    Beat with mixer at low speed for 3 minutes.
    Cover and let rise until double (30 minutes).
    Dough will be spongy.
    Stir in wheat flour, dry milk, oats, butter, honey and salt.
    Mix. Add nuts and mix in as much white flour as you can with a spoon.
    Knead on a floured surface and add remaining flour to make a fairly stiff dough (6 to 8 minutes).
    Shape in bowl.
    Place in greased bowl; turn once. Cover and let rise until double (30 to 45 minutes).
