Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix well and let stand out of refrigerator 8 to 10 hours. This will not rise, only bubbles.
    Then keep in refrigerator 3 to 5 days.
    Then feed with the ingredients listed.
    By this time, you should have 2 cups of starter.
    You can use 1 cup to make bread and keep the other to keep the starter going.
