Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. grated old cheese
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 onion, chopped
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. flour
    3 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook
    macaroni\tas directed.
    Melt 4 tablespoons butter and stir
    in
    flour.
    Cook
    until
    bubbly.
    Add
    mustard
    and Worcestershire sauce
    and
    bring
    milk to a boil with onion in it. Strain
    into flour mixture and stir.
    Add cheese and stir again. Put
    macaroni into a buttered casserole and pour sauce over it. Melt
    remaining
    butter and mix in crumbs.\tSprinkle over top and bake 30 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
