Skillet Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce (mild)
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
    8 tortilla shells
    2 1/2 c. shredded cheese (10 oz.)
    1/2 c. pitted olives, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain off excess fat (electric skillet at 350\u00b0).
    Stir in soup, enchilada sauce, milk and chilies.
    Reduce heat (220\u00b0), cover and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
