Stuffed Shrimp With Italian Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh jumbo shrimp
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 tsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    1 slice minced Prosciutto
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt to taste
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, oregano, cheese, Prosciutto, olive oil and salt.
    Do not remove shells or tails from shrimp.
    Devein, wash and drain.
    Make a slit in shrimp deep enough for it to lie flat, shell sides down.
    Fill each with stuffing.
    On bottom of 14-inch round baking pan, pour 1 cup cold water or enough to coat it.
    Place shrimp in pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until tender.
    Serves 3.
