Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin tip or veal steak, sliced thin
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. celery, cut diagonally
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. fresh mushroom slices
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1/2 c. catsup (unsweetened and unsalted)
    1 can unsalted tomato puree
    1 c. homemade beef stock
    1/4 c. rice vinegar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Dredge meat with flour.
    Brown meat in large Teflon pan.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Serve with cooked rice.
    Serves 4.
