Ruby Scott'S Famous Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole turkey breast, coarsely chopped (white meat)
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or to taste
    4 eggs, hard-boiled
    3 tsp. sweet relish
    3 tsp. sour relish
    1/4 c. medium onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. crushed garlic
    1 pinch salt (1/8 tsp.)
    1 pinch pepper (1/8 tsp.)
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    1/4 c. red pepper, chopped fine
    1/4 c. yellow pepper, chopped fine
    1 whole pimento, chopped fine
    1/4 c. mushrooms, chopped fine (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
    Serve.
