Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. broccoli (fresh, or 1 box frozen)
2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple (chunks or crushed) and juice
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
chow mein noodles
1 or 2 Tbsp. sugar (if desired)
Preparation

Steam or stir-fry broccoli.
Make a sauce of water, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar and seasonings and add pineapple, chicken and broccoli.
Heat and serve over chow mein noodles or cooked rice.
Serves 8.
